The ground rules
These terms cover your use of Khohari and its tools. We’ve tried to write them so a person can read them in one sitting.
Last updated: October 2026
Agreeing to these terms
By using Khohari you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Using the tools
The tools are free to use for personal and commercial purposes, as long as what you do is lawful. You are responsible for how you use the results.
Your files and content
Your files and the things you type stay yours. Because the tools run in your browser, we don’t receive them, and we claim no rights in them. You are responsible for having the right to use anything you process. That means files you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise allowed to handle.
Things you may not do
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to process material you have no right to handle.
- Copy, scrape, mirror, embed or re-host the site, its tools or its scripts, or reverse-engineer them, without our written permission.
- Send automated traffic that strains the site, or try to break, probe or get around its protections.
- Use the bug-report or contact forms to send spam, malware or abusive messages.
- Pretend to be Khohari, or imply that we endorse you or your product.
Our content and code
The site’s design, text, tool logic, source code and artwork belong to Khohari and are protected by copyright. You may use the tools through this site. Anything beyond that needs our written permission. See the licence that ships with the site. Third-party libraries we use keep their own open-source licences.
Not professional advice
The finance, health and math tools give general information based on standard formulas. They are not financial, tax, legal or medical advice, and they are no substitute for a qualified professional. A calculator can’t know your lender’s fees, your local tax rules or your medical history. Check anything important independently, and check generated files, such as converted or edited PDFs, before you rely on them.
Availability and changes
We try to keep every tool working, but we don’t guarantee that the site will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or remove a tool at any time, for instance to fix a problem.
No warranty
The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we don’t promise that results or output files will be accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Khohari and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, income or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Other people’s sites
The site links to and, for a few features, uses services run by others, listed in the privacy policy. The site also shows ads from third-party networks. We don’t control those services or advertisers, and aren’t responsible for their content, products or practices. Dealing with an advertiser is between you and them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll change the date at the top when we do. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
