We list known problems here. If this page says nothing is wrong and a tool still isn’t working for you, the cause is usually on your side, and it is quick to check.

How the site is built, and what that means for reliability

The tools run in your browser, so there is no processing server behind them that can fall over under load. The site itself is a set of ordinary web pages. That makes it dependable, but a few features lean on outside services, and those are the places a hiccup would show up:

  • Website and toolsPages and tool code, loaded from our host and run on your device.

  • Exchange ratesThe Currency Converter relies on outside rate services. If they are down, it pauses while other tools carry on.

  • OCR engine downloadPDF OCR downloads its recognition engine from a public CDN the first time you use it.

  • Phone signature linkSign PDF’s “draw on your phone” uses a public connection broker.

If a tool isn’t working for you

  1. Refresh the page, then try again.
  2. Try another browser, or a private window with extensions off. Blockers sometimes stop tool scripts.
  3. Check your connection if the problem is with exchange rates or OCR.
  4. Still stuck? Send a bug report. It takes a minute and attaches your browser details.
