No — each preset applies its filter combination at a fixed strength. If you want to fine-tune a look further, the Edit Image tool lets you dial in your own brightness, contrast, saturation and sharpness instead of using a preset.

Vivid pushes saturation and contrast up together for a punchier, more colourful look; Clarity is a lighter touch — smaller boosts to contrast, saturation and brightness — meant to add a bit of pop without looking obviously filtered.
