How this works
This extracts the actual text from each page — grouping words into lines by their vertical position, then lines into paragraphs — and writes that text into a new, editable .docx file. It's a text-extraction tool, not a layout-reconstruction one: images, tables, columns and precise formatting from the original PDF aren't recreated.
Common questions
Will my PDF's layout, images or tables carry over?
No — only the text is extracted and written as plain paragraphs; anything relying on the original PDF's visual layout, table structure or embedded images doesn't transfer to the Word file.
Why does text sometimes come out in the wrong order?
Text is grouped by its position on the page, line by line, top to bottom; multi-column layouts, sidebars or overlapping text boxes can confuse this and come out jumbled compared to how a human would read the page.
