How this works
Enter the size of your image, then choose the paper, the page orientation and the dpi. The sheet on the left shows exactly how the copies are laid out, and the count updates with every change.
Leave the orientation on Auto and the page that fits more copies is used. Copies fill the page with a 5 mm margin and a 2 mm gap, and dashed guides show where to cut. If the photo is cropped to fit, drag the sheet preview to choose which part stays. Download the sheet as a PDF, JPG or PNG; the photo is processed in your browser and never uploaded.
Common questions
How many copies fit on a sheet?
It depends on the image size and the paper. The count and grid (for example 5 × 6) appear as soon as you change anything, and Auto orientation picks portrait or landscape, whichever fits more copies.
Is my photo cropped?
If the shape of your photo differs from the image size you enter, the photo is cropped to fill the box. You can drag the sheet preview to choose which part of the photo stays (double-click to centre it again).
Which paper sizes are available?
A4, Letter, A5 and 4 × 6 in. Every sheet keeps a 5 mm margin and a 2 mm gap between images, with dashed guides to cut along.
Which DPI should I choose?
Use 300 dpi for sharp prints. 150 dpi makes a smaller file that is fine for drafts, and 600 dpi is the finest, though it only helps if your photo has enough pixels. DPI sets how much detail is stored for each image; the size on paper stays exactly what you entered.
Which format should I download — PDF, JPG or PNG?
PDF is best for printing because the page is exactly the paper size and each image keeps its real size in millimetres. JPG or PNG suit online print shops that only accept an image.
How do I print at the correct size?
Print the PDF at 100% or Actual size. Options such as Fit to page or Shrink to fit make every image smaller than the size you chose. Most home printers also cannot print to the very edge of the paper, which is why the sheet keeps a margin.
Does it check passport photo rules?
No. It places your photo at the size you enter and repeats it on the sheet. It does not check face position, head size, background colour or any other official requirement, so confirm those with the authority that asked for the photo.
What are the size limits?
An image can be 10 to 1000 mm on each side, with at most 500 copies on one sheet.
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. The sheet is built in your browser, so the photo never leaves your device.
